Jordan Pearl
President
Jordan Pearl supervises every aspect of The Pearl Group's commercial development projects, from acquisition and due diligence through financing and leasing to construction and property management. Under his leadership, The Pearl Group has built a portfolio of some of the most prestigious and desirable properties in the Greater Toronto Area.
Jordan holds a law degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Law from American University. He has been a dedicated member of The Pearl Group since 2008, overseeing transactions worth over $400 million during his tenure. He continues to grow the business through his ability to identify promising submarkets, adding value to existing properties through redevelopment, construction and repositioning of assets.
Ryan Nelson
VP Investments
Ryan Nelson leads the investments team at The Pearl Group, and is charged with deal sourcing and structuring, financing, due diligence and strategic implementation. Focused on executing strategic initiatives, generating investment theses throughout North America, and raising capital for the launch of The Pearl Group’s closed-end equity fund focused on value add commercial real estate.
Ryan joined The Pearl Group in 2019, holds an HBA and MBA from the Ivey Business School, and has worked on a variety of asset classes in investments, asset management and leasing with firms including Hullmark, DREAM and Avison Young throughout his career.
Chris Contino
VP Asset Management
Chris leads the asset management team at The Pearl Group and is responsible for optimizing the performance of the portfolio comprising various asset classes, including overseeing asset repositioning, leasing programs, planning and execution of capital projects, financing, investor reporting, and supervision of the property management team – consisting of both internal and third-party managers.
Chris holds an HBA from the University of Guelph. Prior to joining The Pearl Group in 2015, Chris had experience as a valuation consultant appraising a wide variety of asset classes and acquiring land for major municipal capital projects for the Region of Peel.
O’Dea Williams
Controller
O’Dea leads the accounting team at The Pearl Group, and is responsible for all accounting related functions including financial statement preparation, budgeting and coordination of audits. As Controller, O’Dea also works closely with the investment and asset management teams, assisting in acquisitions and the close of The Pearl Group’s closed-end equity fund.
O’Dea holds an H.B Com from Laurentian University and a CPA, CGA designation. Prior to joining The Pearl Group in 2018, she had several years of experience working in Property Management focusing on residential, commercial, retail and industrial, including the Wittington Group of companies.
